Repsol's Polyolefin Laboratory has been verified by the Volkswagen Group's internal standard

We have successfully participated in the Round Robin 2020 for the VW 50180 standard for Volkswagen Group approved laboratories. This internal standard of the VW Group sets out their requirements to evaluate the odors and emissions from interior car parts.

Two of the tests that we carry out at Repsol's Polyolefin Laboratory have been verified by this Volkswagen Group's internal standard, which sets out their requirements to evaluate the odors and emissions from interior car parts before releasing them to the market.

This evidences that the following tests we carry out in our laboratories at the Repsol Technology Lab comply with the high standards required by this renowned automotive manufacturer:

• Tests according to PV3015 standard (emission of semi-volatile compounds - fogging)
• Test according to PV3341 standard (VOC emissions with the headspace method)

This recognition of our Polyolefins Development and Technical Service rigor and excellence, together with our recent certification under the IATF 16949:2016 standard, shows our commitment to innovation and quality in the automotive sector to guarantee customer satisfaction in a highly demanding market.
