LPG Client Area
Upon registering for this service, you will access the restricted area for Repsol Group liquefied petroleum gas, gas services, and autogas clients, which will allow you to digitally interact in the context of your relationship with Repsol Butano, S.A.
Use of this Online Service is strictly personal and a consequence of your relationship with Repsol, and cannot be used by any other person who is not authorized by you. Consequently, you are personally responsible for not giving your access details for the Online Service to any unauthorized persons.
In the event that you are acting in the name and on behalf of a legal person, you hereby declare that you have sufficient authorization to access the Online Service and oblige the company to what you undertake herein.
You are hereby informed that the Online Services are conceived to digitalize our relationship with you or the company you represent. Therefore, by registering, you give your consent to receive all supply invoices by electronic means. We will send you e-Invoices in PDF format, which will have the same validity as a paper invoice. You will also be able to see past invoices in your customer area. However, should you wish at any point to return to paper invoicing, you can do this by contacting our customer service line at +34 900 321 900, sending an email to sacgas@repsol.com, or by informing us of this fact at any time through your Private Client Area.
If you do not already have Your Repsol Account, we will create one for you when you register. The username and password of Your Account will allow you to register for and manage your activity in the different Online Services we offer.
You hereby undertake to keep your login details secret, as well as to apply the necessary procedures to keep the aforementioned information confidential and prevent unauthorized use. In the event that you believe or have reason to believe that an unauthorized third party has gained access to your login details, you must notify us of these circumstances. You will continue to be responsible for the proper use and/or handling of this information until we receive notification of this fact.
An Online Service is any electronic service available to Repsol Group customers and users which requires a username and password to be accessed and utilized. By this, we mean services which are accessed via web pages, mobile apps, or similar, and require registration.
We must process your personal data to create Your Repsol Account and allow you to use this service. As we strive for the highest possible level of transparency, below we present basic information about how we process your personal data:

Additional purpose 1: Cross-referencing data within the Repsol Group for data processing and to allow Repsol Butano, S.A. to send commercial messages
Processing of data by Repsol Butano, S.A. for commercial purposes as a single customer of the Repsol Group. This purpose implies performing market and opinion studies and transferring your personal identification data and contact details — name, personal identification document, telephone and/or email — to other Repsol group companies* in order to identify whether you maintain a relationship with any of them. Should you maintain a relationship with any of them, you hereby authorize the Repsol Group companies* which also have your details to share them with Repsol Butano, S.A. Repsol Butano, S.A. will combine all your personal data that is available within the Repsol Group in order to have a single view of your profile in your relationships with the Repsol Group*. This information will be used to create segmentations and profiles, and send you information by electronic or other means on products and/or services related to energy solutions, transportation, mobility, automotive assistance, insurance, finance, leisure, trips, home, sports, gastronomy, loyalty programs, payment methods and services, and telecommunications.
However, we inform you that, regardless of whether or not you give your consent for the aforementioned purpose, Repsol Directo, S.A. may send you commercial information about fuels. The legal basis for processing lies in our legitimate interest.
Additional purpose 2: Transfer and subsequent processing of data by Repsol Group companies for commercial purposes
Transfer by Repsol Butano, S.A. of all your personal data to the other Repsol Group companies* so they may, in turn, share all your information between themselves, combine the data, and process them in the manner and for the purposes described in the preceding section.
